- As of 14th of December, we have taken the choice to no longer accept items from The USA, or EU including Northern & Southern Ireland due to the complexity & costs of customs & excise. **Unless you are prepared and agree to arrange all import and export shipping, duty and all expenses to do so. This must be on the waiver form in the query & feedback section of our website. We will not arrange any deliveries or collections.** You are more than welcome to physically bring them to TPCS LTD and physically collect them from TPCS LTD, in person only. We apologise for the inconvenience but this is the only way forward for us. This does not apply to the Isle of Man, and outer islands of the UK, or any country not in the EU. The only exception to the above is that you send your items to a third party in England, and sort all custom and excise costs and courier when sending or returning item/s (friend, manufacturer or company etc) If this is done you must sign the waiver on the terms and conditions form. Items will not be our responsibility while in our care, in transit to or from TPCS LTD.
- SHIPPING - POSTAGE & CUSTOMS & DUTY COSTS ARE THE FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER, NOT TPCS LTD.
- THIS WILL APPLY TO ALL NON-EU COUNTRIES, AND ALL OUTER ISLANDS OF THE UK. You must also arrange delivery and collection if outside of the UK mainland.
- ENSURE YOU BOOK **TIMED DELIVERIES** AND COLLECTIONS***** WE CLOSE AT 12:30PM -- ALL DELIVERIES AND COLLECTIONS OR DROP OFFS AND PICK UPS MUST BE BETWEEN 6:30AM AND 12:30PM. NO ACCEPTIONS. *****
- If any money is refunded outside of the UK, there will be a charge of £15.00 added to the invoice. Also there is a set fee of £15.00 for any transfers from outside the UK. Ireland, the courier fees, cost more from the UK to you, than it is for you to send to us. This applies to the Ilse of Wight and outer islands as well. All Non-UK customers must also book collection and pay for all duties and custom costs with an account with customs. I can let you know more on asking or refer to the gov.uk website. All payments to us must be in GBP currency only.

- ALL PARCELS AND PACKAGES ETC SENT TO TPCS LTD. ALL ITEMS WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU ON FULL PAYMENT OF INVOICE. Also, You MUST accept terms and conditions on the website, using the Terms & Conditions form before sending item/s.
- AN EXAMPLE: A CUSTOMER SENT WHEELS FROM A NON-EU COUNTRY AND THIS WAS NOT DONE ON THE CUSTOMS INVOICE THEREFORE TPCS LTD INCURRED THE DUTY COSTS OF £197.00 AND THE COST OF REFURBISHING WAS £230.00 AT THE TIME, SO ONLY A VERY SMALL PROFIT WAS MADE.

- THE CUSTOMER MUST INSURE THEIR PARCELS AND PACKAGES ETC. THIS WILL COVER THE COST IF LOST IN TRANSIT. TPCS LTD WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PARCELS OR ANY ITEMS DAMAGED, LOSS ETC. ONCE THEY LEAVE OUR PREMISES OR ANYTIME DURING TRANSIT TO OR FROM OUR PREMISES.

- OTHER CHARGES THAT WILL APPLY TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF ENGLAND (NON EU):
- ANY BALANCE DUE ON DUTY & SHIPPING COSTS MUST BE PAID BY YOU BEFORE GOODS ARE RELEASED.
BREXIT WILL AFFECT ALL EU COUNTRIES NOW THAT THE UNITED KINGDOM HAS LEFT THE EU.
